PRIVACY POLICY
PRIZMA ART d.o.o. (Processing manager) collects and processes personal data for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations (concluding a sales contract) and for the purpose of recording realized customer orders, identifying users, and analyzing business operations.
The data collected are:
- Name and surname
- Password
- Address, postal code, city, country
- E-mail address
- Delivery information
- Company and Tax number (for legal entities only)
Only employees of the Processing Manager have access to the stated data, and only employees of the department who participate in the procedure preceding the purchase (employees of the minimarket, IT service, accounting).
The data is protected from unauthorized use by third parties through a series of administrative, technical and physical measures.

The answer to the respondent’s request will follow no later than 30 days from the day when the Processing Manager receives it.

The withdrawal of consent carried out does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to withdrawal.
We do not collect more information about you than is necessary, we do not sell or publish the collected data and some of your data may be forwarded within our group.
